for Massachusetts licensed attorneys
Refer a client to Armstrong Field Real Estate, and we will send you a 25% referral
fee upon successful close of escrow. Send us your friends, relatives,
business associates or any other person you know who is seriously
interested in buying or selling residential or commercial property in
Massachusetts. When someone you know is ready to buy or sell, give us a call or fill out our
easy online referral form and we will do the rest. After closing we will
send you a referral fee of 25% of the net commission that we receive.
Example: If someone you refer to us purchases or sells a $300,000 home,
and we receive a 2.5% commission, you would receive a referral
check in the amount of $1875.00. Not bad for
just filling out a form?

Referral Program. We guarantee the referring agent/broker will receive the well-deserved
25% referral fee. Let's do business together! When recommending
attorneys to our clients, we give priority to our referring attorneys.
Per
Massachusetts regulations you
must hold an active Massachusetts real estate broker license to qualify for a referral fee.
If you are a Massachusetts attorney in good standing, Massachusetts law
provides that the Board may issue you a Broker license without
examination, experience as a Salesperson or pre-license education. You
do, however, have to file an application. To obtain an application you
must first be qualified. Therefore, to start the process, submit an
original certified record of good standing issued by the Massachusetts
Supreme Judicial Court together with a check or money order payable to
Comm. of MA in the amount of $52.00 (as of 11/30/09) and a cover letter
that includes your mailing address and date of birth. After the Board
reviews your standing an application will be sent. More info on
