Catalina 27 is one of the most popular boats built. It has
6' headroom, galley with alcohol stove, sink and icebox,
enclosed head, and sleeping accommodations for 5. This
particular boat was built in 1972, has a 8hp outboard,
tiller steering, good sails, 2 batteries, depth finder,
stereo, anchor and lots more.
Book value according to the boatyard is
$6,000. You can have it for $2,000. Presently kept at
Beverly Port Marine in Beverly, Massachusetts.
